Informative/Educational workshops on CSR & CSR Registry

The Authority for Cooperative Societies (Contracting Authority), the competent governmental body for Cooperative Societies, Social Enterprises and for promoting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Cyprus, in collaboration with Sustainability Knowledge Group (Contractor), supported by CSR Cyprus and the University of Limassol, organizes a series of educational workshops aiming to promote the registration of enterprises in the national CSR Registry.

The workshops, entrance-free, will be realised in all districts under the control of Cyprus between March and April 2024. Each one will include informative and training sessions on CSR, the National CSR Specification, and the state CSR Registry. Lunch will be provided.

Participating enterprises will be able to register in the State CSR Registry and receive a registration certificate. In addition, the first enterprises to be registered by May 2024 will be awarded prizes.

The workshops fall under the "Corporate Sustainability Supporting Framework CY-LOCALDEV-0001" project, co-funded by EEA Grants 2014-2021; the project's dissemination is under the auspices of the Office of the Commissioner for the Environment.
