CARDET is one of Cyprus’s leading independent, non-profit education, research and development centers and a recognised leader in the Euro-Mediterranean region, with 20 years of activity in education, innovation, and lifelong learning. Since 2004, it has delivered more than 400 projects across over 40 countries, collaborating with international organisations such as UNICEF, Microsoft, the European Commission, and the Yale School of Public Health, reaching more than three million people. Its work spans digital learning, social inclusion, mental health, wellbeing, and sustainable development. Through two affiliated organisations, Learning Edge and the Institute of Development (IoD), CARDET translates its research expertise into practical solutions for the corporate sector. Learning Edge focuses on digital transformation, upskilling and reskilling, and developing modern organisational cultures that enhance performance and employee wellbeing. The IoD specialises in positive psychology, wellbeing, and human-centred approaches, supporting organisations in designing programmes that strengthen resilience, growth, and sustainable human performance.
