Doreen Demirdjian
Doreen Demirdjian was born in Nicosia and is a graduate of the English School of Nicosia. She holds a BA in Business Studies & Marketing with First Class Honours from Middlesex University London and an MSc in International Employment Relations & Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). Doreen has been working in the field of Human Resources Management for the past 15 years. Since 2016, she has been working as the HR Manager of Vassos Eliades Ltd. Her focus is on issues related to employment relations management, performance management, training and development, change management, and aligning HR policies with business strategy. Doreen is an accredited user of psychometric tests for recruitment, assessment, and personnel development purposes. She is appointed as an Associate Judge at the Industrial Disputes Tribunal of Cyprus and has been serving with an advisory role since 2018.
