Έλλη Ιωαννίδου
Elli Ioannidou works as Manager Sustainability & CSR at Bank of Cyprus. Having joined Bank of Cyprus in 1999, in the years that ensued she undertook a great number of CSR-related projects. Between 2014-2019 she was the CSR Manager at the newly established Corporate Affairs Division.
Elli is the Head of SupportCY of Bank of Cyprus, a network established in March 2020 with the participation of various companies and NGOs, aiming to provide support in the battle against Covid-19 pandemic and to cover several needs of the Cypriot society. She is responsible for the drafting and publication of the Bank’s Corporate Sustainability Report, as well as for the internal-external communication of all issues concerning ESG and Sustainability.
Among her duties are the management of the Bank’s long-term collaborations, and the advancement of new collaborations, with the local community, NGOs and Non-profit Organizations.
She has attended seminars and workshops on CSR in Cyprus and abroad and has various certifications, such as CSR Practitioner, GRI Certified Training Program and Chief Sustainability Officer. She is a member of CYMEPA Board of Directors and between 2017-2021 she was a Board member of CSR Cyprus.
