Following the merger between Hellenic Bank and Eurobank Cyprus in September 2025, Hellenic Bank is operating as Eurobank Limited. The merger between the two banks marks a major transformation in Cyprus' banking landscape, creating the country's largest financial institution under the unified name Eurobank Limited.

This strategic merger brings together the strengths, values and experience of two well-established financial institutions - Hellenic Bank’s trusted relationship with the retail market and Eurobank’s expertise in corporate and private banking.
