Marina K. Kyriacou is an advocate for corporate sustainability, with a strong interdisciplinary background in Human Resources, ESG strategy, and Sustainable Design. She holds a degree in Interior Design and two postgraduate degrees: one in Sustainable Design and another in Human Resources Management. As part of a third postgraduate program, she attended two additional courses, further deepening her knowledge in the field.
Her commitment to environmental protection began in her childhood, driven by a deep concern for biodiversity and the impact of human activity on the planet. This enduring passion has guided every step of her academic and professional journey.
With over 10 years of experience and specialized studies in the fields of Human Resources, Environmental Protection, and Design, Marina offers a holistic approach to sustainable development. During her university studies, she focused on innovative and ecological methods—researching eco-friendly materials, reuse techniques, and sustainable systems that blend creativity with responsibility. Her academic work, including her thesis on Green HRM, reflects her belief that sustainability must be embedded in organizational culture and practice.
She is currently working as a Health, Safety & Environmental Officer at ipH, leading initiatives in environmental compliance, employee well-being, and the development of ESG policies. She actively participates in ESG forums and seminars, continuously expanding her knowledge and impact.
