Our cooperation with Academia in research programs has allowed us to develop sophisticated tools of significant potential for both Market and Society, especially on ESG related services, such as ESG campaigns, reports, audits, plans and consulting.

Through the platform we can provide useful knowledge and insights, digital tools, targeted training, and high-quality services on ESG issues. It is an essential tool utilized supplementarily to our experienced ESG Team to create strategic plans for our clients to carve their path into the modern business world. Additionally, our new service “ESG stakeholder engagement” supports the companies who wants to implement the ESG principles in their operations, by engaging with their stakeholders to achieve the smoothest transition possible to the new ESG reality.
OneTeam is all about people. Our Human Resources consists of 15 highly educated executives and associates divided into 2 business units and 4 departments, managed by a Board of Directors. All our Members are University graduates, while 50% have at least one Master’s degree at their disposal. In our Team expertise and hard work perfectly blend with diversity and ambition: 40% of our employees are younger than 26 years old, while 60% of them are women.
